Lyons THSD 204 - 2025 Mechanical Replacement & Remodeling at North Campus

The Work includes the full interior remodeling at several toilet rooms including but not limited to, the replacement of several indoor air handlers, associated large ductwork, new lay-in ceilings/light fixtures (several classrooms/hallways) along with new extended ductwork, new rooftop cooling tower and associated chiller, rooftop re-framing, Corridor wall extensions above ceiling and mechanical equipment and piping replacement at both campuses.
