Northbrook SD 28 - 2025 Gymnasium Addition at Meadowbrook ES

The bid package includes providing a gymnasium addition to the North of the existing school. Also included, but not limited to, installing an underground stormwater detention system, connecting to the existing utilities, sitework, a connection between the existing building and addition. The structural system will be CMU bearing walls and the gymnasium addition will serve as a storm shelter (as defined by ICC-500) which has been designed to meet specific requirements
