Maine THSD 207 - 2025 Masonry Remediation at Maine South HS (400922)

The project scope involves masonry repair and restoration, primarily grinding and repointing of mortar joints and removal and replacement of sealants, on one select school site within the district. The project will encompass approximately 15,700 square feet of wall surface over 9 elevations. The contract will have one prime contract for masonry work. Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.
