Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Removal of existing roof system and associated flashing.
2. Raise all roof curbs, parapet, vent pipes, and all existing penetrations and equipment for scope of new roofing.
3. Install new roof system
