Community College District 509, Elgin Community College (ECC), is accepting Proposals for an online SDS/chemical management software solution that provides a single-source, easy-to-access location for all ECC employees to access and ensure ECC's compliance with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard that requires ECC to have labels and safety data sheets available for its workers.
