1. Contract A: Project consists of but is not necessarily limited to demolition of existing hardwood gymnasium flooring and installing new hardwood flooring and other associated work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
2. Contract B: Project consists of but not necessarily limited to demolition of gymnasium mechanical equipment installing new mechanical equipment and includes other work such as electrical, building automation controls, structural steel, masonry, and roofing.
Construction Contract: Bids will be received Multiple Prime Contracts.
