Maine THSD 207 - 2025 Roofing Removal & Replacement at Maine South HS (400923)

The project scope involves Roofing Removal and Replacement on an educational facility, approximately one story in height, utilizing SBS modified bitumen roofing and fully adhered thermoplastic single-ply roofing. The project encompasses approximately 32,700 square feet for the Base Bid with an additional 10,000 square feet of steep slope decorative rib PVC as Alternate Add #1 on the building listed above. Extensive mechanical sub-contract work will also be required so the Owners Preferred Mechanical Contractor will also be in attendance at the pre-bid meeting.
