Beach Park SD 3 - 2025 Exterior Wall Remediation at Howe ES (400928)

The project scope involves masonry repair and restoration, primarily grinding and repointing of mortar joints and removal and replacement of sealants, on one select school site within the district. The project will encompass approximately 2,100 square feet of wall surface over 44 elevations. The project will have one prime contract for masonry work. Bidders are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.
