The project scope involves Roofing Removal and Replacement on an educational facility, approximately 2 and 3 stories in height, utilizing fully adhered EPDM single-ply roofing. The BASE BID area of the project encompasses approximately 23,200 square feet with an additional 15,900 square feet as ALTERNATE ADD on the building listed above. Masonry and mechanical sub-contract work will also be required so Roofing Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.
