Project consists of the following work:
1. Either; CONTRACT A: NCCHS:
a. Demolition and new Work to provide door and hardware improvements at interior corridor to room doors indicated including, but not limited to, doors, hardware, and painting.
b. Associated Alternates.
c. The Work includes associated demolition and general construction modifications as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
2. Or; CONTRACT B: All Schools
a. Demolition and new Work to provide hardware improvements at interior corridor to room doors including, but not limited to, doors, hardware, and painting.
b. The Work includes associated demolition and general construction modifications as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
3. Contractor required to submit bids on both Contracts, Owner has option to choose either A or B.
Construction Contract: Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract (all trades).

Interested bidders shall allow additional time to check in at the security desk at Door 1. Visitors will be required to present a valid ID to be processed through the District’s background check system. Meeting will begin promptly in the school’s cafeteria.
