Base Bid work includes renovation of the existing library space to include, but not limited to, construction of new walls and paint, borrowed lite windows, door frames and hardware, new carpeting rubber flooring, treads risers and base, construction on new learning stair platforms, adjust ceiling and lighting as indicated and all associated work as indicated in the drawings and specifications.
