Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Removal of existing concrete walkway, asphalt parking, precast concrete partitions, concrete stairs and railings.
2. Protect existing landscape areas and provide temporary shoring.
3. Install new precast concrete wall panels and adjustments to existing concrete footings.
4. Install new concrete stairs and handrails that comply with the 2018 Illinois Accessibility Code
5. Install new areas of concrete walkway, asphalt paving, landscape block, and striping.
